ADDRESS VALIDATION SYSTEM

The address validation routines are engineered seamlessly into the enrollment processes, giving secretaries unique options based on predictive typing and using Google geo-coding services. Our AVS streamlines and helps identify same address households across the district.

ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD

JCampus announcement board is used by administrators to communicate to other staff for general announcements and reminders that are read on the main screen. It is also used by EDgear for new software announcements.

Post attendance with a single click and you've instantly turned out real-time data from the classroom to the front office to the Student Progress Center. Lastly, increase security with the ability to identify each student's location from the bus to the last bell.

DEWS - Dropout Early Warning System

Administrators are able to develop a set of parameters to help determine students who may be at risk, either manually or by automation. DEWS reports may be automatically sent to or pulled by any designated district personnel. DEWS has proven a substantial reduction in at-risk students.

HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT

With Household Management, counselors can look at a household or family, not just an individual student. Student and family relationship ID tags are used when identifying multifamily relationships. Household Management is one of our most raved about features. From one screen, a parent may view their domiciliary child, a child who lives with another parent, and their stepchild that may attend a different school.

 

REENROLLMENT SYSTEM

An intuitive reenrollment system allows school staff to select any student from within their district or another installed district for enrollment along with historical data such as grades, attendance, transcripts, discipline records, tests, etc. This automation relieves wait time and paperwork, increases staff productivity, and reduces data input errors.

PUPIL PROGRESSION CONTROL

School districts can control the entire grading policy from report cards to gradebooks. EOC test results are also imported and final grades are calculated automatically for the teacher.

PROGRAM SCHOOLS

This application allows students to participate in programs that are housed at locations other than the reported site of enrollment. Students in these programs can be grouped under a building site code for purposes of scheduling, grading, discipline, and other common site needs. These program sites are integrated into our state reporting system so they will be accurately reported.

AUTO SCHEDULING

Our mass scheduling programs offer the power and flexibility for multiple range and analysis for any size school. Requests may be displayed in the Student Progress Center for request auditing and analysis pre-scheduling.

FAST STUDENT SCHEDULE LOADER

Quickly mass load students into specific sections in the master schedule and easily add grouped students to specific courses.

VOCATIONAL SYSTEM

JCampus will display the course(s) taken based on the cluster chosen in the 8th grade, and it will also show which cluster(s) are close to completion. Counselors love the ability to see where the student is heading versus the student's 8th grade choice.

School Notes allow schools and/or teachers to send customizable messages with attachments directly to the student or parent portals. These messages can be sent to customized groups, classes, or individuals.

TRANSCRIPTS
